Terms of purchase
1. Buy
It's easy to shop at Munkvalvet. Click on the items you want to buy and they will be added to your shopping cart. You can easily view the items you have chosen by clicking on "shopping cart" in the top right. When you are satisfied, pay by going to the checkout. As a new customer, you provide your customer information before completing your purchase.
You will receive confirmation when you have placed your order through an automatic order confirmation. If the delivery time must be changed for any reason, you as the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Munkvalvet has ownership and right of withdrawal to all products until full payment has been made from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Privacy
Munkvalvet never releases customer records or any information about our customers to third parties. These are used to deliver ordered goods and inform about Munkvalvet's current offers.
3. Price
All prices include VAT. For most goods, VAT is 25%, but for food the VAT is 12% and for books 6%. No handling costs are added. We reserve the right to make any errors, e.g. price information, that may appear on the website.
4. Shipping
The shipping cost within Sweden is SEK 59 for packages 0-2.5kg and SEK 149 for packages 2.5-10kg.
5. Payment terms
You can feel completely safe when you pay by card in our online store. We have Klarna as a card payment service provider and they meet the strict security requirements for card payments. Munkvalvet's employees never have access to anything other than the fact that the payment has been made. You can easily pay with Invoice, VISA or MasterCard and there are no additional fees.

6. Deliveries
We normally process your order within 3 days on weekdays (excluding holidays) after we have received your order. We reserve the right to final sales and any errors in the stock balance. In cases where an item is sold out or is a made-to-order item, the delivery time is slightly longer. In these cases, we always inform you as a customer of the estimated delivery time.
7. Delivery delays
You can trust that we will always notify you if the delivery is delayed. Sometimes delivery delays occur that are beyond our control. This can be, for example, when a supplier is unable to deliver to us or delays at Postnord & DHL logistics. If this occurs, we disclaim any liability to the customer for any damage caused by the delay.
8. Transport risk
Together with our shipping partners, Munkvalvet is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company are responsible for the risk in the event of a return to us.
9. Damaged goods
When you receive your item, it is important that you immediately check that the item is in good condition. If the contents are damaged, notify your post office or the carrier directly. Always save the confirmation that your goods are damaged. We would be grateful if you would notify us as soon as possible if this occurs, but no later than within one week. 10. Right of withdrawal and Open purchase
You as a customer have a 14-day open purchase with us if the goods are unused and in their original packaging. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days (Distance Contracts Act) after you have received the goods, without any particular reason. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, you as a customer pay for the shipping and the goods must be returned in their original condition and in their undamaged original packaging. The right of withdrawal and open purchase do not apply as goods cannot be returned in an unassembled, unused and undamaged condition.

11. Complaints
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, you must contact us via email within one week. Always save the packaging, original box and payment confirmation. If you are going to send a damaged product back to us, it is easiest to do so in the packaging and packaging in which it was sent out. Munkvalvet complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were in the product upon delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find any fault with the product or where you have caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is not compensated if we cannot find any fault with the product or if you have caused the damage yourself.
12. Refund
Refunds for complaints will be made to your bank account. The refund will be made within 5 working days of us receiving and approving your complaint.
13. Unclaimed packages
Packages not collected by the customer will be charged SEK 250 to cover shipping and administrative costs with the shipping company. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct phone number and address.
