Our award-winning Gigli, is almost too pretty to eat, almost! Its beautiful flower-like shape is perfect for holding creamier sauces and pestos while making your dish look (and taste!) next level. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with our beautiful British spelled; Northern Pasta Gigli is unbeatably delicious. We craft all Northern Pasta at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with our signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelled. We use Bronze Dies to give our pasta incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavor & take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.
