Well, what is this book about then? Food that is delicious as hell, according to Amanda Wiger. Everything from nibbles, that is, small bites, to larger, complete meals, and finally things that don't fit in any other chapter. Delicious as hell consists of everything from delicious dips, tuna tartare with parmesan mayo and chimichurri, a beaskola, gochgujang pasta with sausage balls to duck tacos! Spicy perhaps, but downright delicious!
The only thing you can be sure of is that there are no desserts whatsoever in the cookbook. Something Amanda does like, and there is plenty of it in the book, is butter, cheese, sauce, batter and deep-fried food, sometimes with something sour and crunchy, sometimes mostly greasy.
