Hedvig Billengren Lindenbaum works as a food stylist and recipe creator. She has always been interested in cooking and flavors, but it was during her years in the kitchen at Rose Bakery in London that she realized that she wanted to work with food. After almost 30 years as a porridge skeptic, Hedvig suddenly became obsessed with making porridge a few years ago - which resulted in this book.
